Our staff is specialized in extrusion (any kind of monocomponent sections) and rubber injection (overmoulding and special parts), offering you professional technicians for the study, research and investigation of any facet came from the parts and sections design. We have the most advanced technology for moulds production (electroerosion). This allows us to optimize the final costs as

well as the supplying of quality products in a very short period of time. With respect to the mixes, we count on the collaboration of a modern laboratory which allows us to systematically control all the mixes and final products.

		All the received materials are analysed, inspected, tested and approved before being implemented to the production process. After the mixing of the components, each lot is tested taking into account, hardness and forging parameters. Final products are randomly tested before passing a quality inspection consisting of visual, ultrasonic and physical trials which measure the dimensions, proprieties and look of the final product. The quality guarantee procedures can be adjusted at any moment to our customers´ requirements. Algaher processes different kinds of rubber (natural and synthetic rubbers), developing materials adapted to the highest performance and environment standards.
	The produced composites cover a wide range of polymers: natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, SBR, Nitrile, fluoroelastómeros, policloropreno, poliaclíricos, silicona, epiclorhidrina, satisfying in this way a wide range of complex specifications. Our experience in polymers engineering allows us to develop new composites for special requirements. Our designs are adapted to the highest efficiency and quality standards and incorporate the last technological innovations.
